Major shareholder completes partial share reduction in Juneyao Airlines

Oriental Aviation Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (Eastern Airlines Industry Investment), a shareholder holding over 5% of Shanghai Juneyao Airlines, has completed a share reduction plan. The company announced that Eastern Airlines Industry Investment sold 9,996,900 shares through centralized bidding between July 30, 2025, and October 29, 2025. This represents 0.46% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were sold at prices ranging from RMB14.00 to RMB14.51 per share, totaling a transaction value of RMB141,117,695. The original plan aimed to reduce holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.

With this partial completion, Eastern Airlines Industry Investment still holds 281,470,926 shares, representing 12.89% of Shanghai Juneyao Airlines' total share capital, down from the initial 13.35% before the reduction.
