Henan Dayou Energy reports significant Q3 revenue and profit decline

For the third quarter of 2025, Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. reported a significant decrease in operational performance. Revenue for the period ending September 30, 2025, declined by 19.67% to 3.11 bn yuan from the previous year. The company recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of 1.12 bn yuan for the first nine months of 2025, with total profit also falling into a deficit of 1.10 bn yuan.

The decline was primarily attributed to a drop in coal selling prices during the first three quarters, which also impacted cash flow from operating activities. Net cash flow from operating activities decreased by 64.67% to 109.07 mn yuan. Basic earnings per share reflected this downturn, coming in at -0.4694 yuan.

As of September 30, 2025, total assets stood at 19.72 bn yuan, a 3.73% decrease from the end of the previous year. Shareholders' equity also saw a substantial reduction of 19.10% to 4.58 bn yuan.
