Antong Holdings to move headquarters, update articles of association

Antong Holdings' board of directors has approved a change to the company's registered address, shifting from Harbin, Heilongjiang to Quanzhou, Fujian. This strategic move, effective October 29, 2025, will see the company’s headquarters relocate to Antong Holdings Building 5 at 156 Tonggang West Street, Fengze District. Concurrently, the company will amend its articles of association to reflect this change, specifically updating Article Five regarding the company's domicile and Article 208 concerning the governing language for the articles.

The amendments to the articles of association and the address change require approval by a two-thirds majority vote of shareholders present at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting. These changes will be finalized upon approval by the market supervision and administration department.

Shareholders will convene for the company's fifth extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the new Quanzhou location. This meeting will utilize both on-site attendance and online voting via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's internet voting system. The board has recommended authorizing the company's personnel to complete the necessary industrial and commercial registration procedures for these changes.
