Huatie reports strong Q3, boosts subsidiary's capital by 1 bn yuan

Zhejiang Huatie Emergency Equipment Science & Technology reported a strong third quarter in 2025, with operating revenue of 1,642,079,208.61 yuan and a total profit of 196,422,876.55 yuan for the period. Net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 24.21% to 188,809,877.95 yuan, driven by expanding operations in high-altitude work platforms and smart computing sectors. The company's total assets reached 26,419,552,284.49 yuan, a 13.37% increase from the end of the previous year.

Concurrently, the company announced a capital increase of 1 billion yuan into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hainan Huatie Big Yellow Bee Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., raising its registered capital to 1.8 billion yuan. This strategic move aims to improve the subsidiary's financial structure, reduce its asset-liability ratio, enhance financing capabilities, and support equipment procurement and business expansion.

The board of directors approved the third-quarter report and the capital increase without opposition. Both decisions are within the board's approval authority and ensure the subsidiary remains wholly owned and its financials consolidated.
