Henan Dayou Energy shareholder unpledges significant stake

Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. announced that Yima Coal Industry Group Qinghai Yihai Energy Co., Ltd. (Yihai Energy), a concerted action party of the controlling shareholder, has unpledged 69,000,000 shares. This transaction, completed on October 27, 2025, represents 12.72% of Yihai Energy's holdings and 2.89% of Henan Dayou Energy's total share capital.

Following this release, Yihai Energy's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 201,000,000, which accounts for 37.05% of its total holdings in the company and 8.41% of Henan Dayou Energy's total share capital. Yihai Energy holds 542,500,845 shares in Henan Dayou Energy, representing 22.69% of the company's total share capital.

As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder Yima Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted action parties collectively have 939,519,900 pledged shares, representing 46.51% of their total holdings and 39.30% of Henan Dayou Energy's total share capital.
