Dahu Aquaculture rebrands, expands into health industry

Dahu Aquaculture Co., Ltd. has completed its rebranding, officially changing its name to Dahu Health Industry Co., Ltd. The change, along with an adjusted business scope, received approval from the board of directors and subsequently from shareholders in October 2025. The company finalized the industrial and commercial registration and obtained a new business license from the Changde City Administration for Market Regulation on October 28, 2025.

The new business scope for Dahu Health Industry Co., Ltd. now encompasses medical services, food production and sales, nursing services, hospital management, elder care, health and wellness services, medical research, AI integration services, and technology consulting. It also includes solar photovoltaic equipment sales and cultural and artistic exchange activities, diversifying beyond its previous focus.

The company's registered capital stands at CNY 48,123.7188 million, with Luo Dingkun as the legal representative. Incorporated on January 18, 1999, its registered address remains in Changde City, Hunan Province.
