AVICOPTER PLC reports strong Q3 profit, adjusts related party transactions

AVICOPTER PLC's Q3 2025 report shows a net profit attributable to shareholders of 90,425,189.27 yuan, a 51.33% increase from the previous year, with total assets reaching 52,979,574,978.68 yuan. The company is set to hold a performance briefing on November 27, 2025, to discuss these results.

The board also approved an adjustment to its 2025 annual related party transactions, increasing the total forecast from 6,162,000 yuan to 6,346,500 yuan. This adjustment, driven by production and operational plans, primarily impacts purchasing and sales agreements, as well as financial services with affiliates.

Furthermore, the board announced the replacement of director Cao Shengli with Zhao Zhuo due to job changes. Zhao Zhuo, currently the board secretary of China National Aero-Engine Corporation, will serve as a non-independent director, with the appointment awaiting shareholder approval.
