Zhongchuang Zhiling reports strong profit, revenue growth in Q3 2025

Zhongchuang Zhiling (Zhengzhou) Industrial Technology Group Co., Ltd. reported a consolidated operating revenue of CNY 30,744,809,498.94 for the first nine months of 2025, a 10.45% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders surged by 19.17% to CNY 3,644,970,525.70. Basic earnings per share also rose by 29.08% to CNY 0.648. The company's total assets reached CNY 47,963,503,839.41, with shareholders' equity totaling CNY 23,158,669,924.33, up 5.50% from the end of the previous year.

The growth was primarily attributed to stable revenue from the coal mining machinery sector, which increased by 10.66%, and strong performance in the automotive parts sector, with a 10.22% revenue rise. Notably, the automotive parts sector saw significant profit contribution from SEG due to cost-cutting and efficiency measures, boosting the overall net profit. Operating cash flow for the first nine months of 2025 was CNY 877,673,238.98, reflecting a decrease of 62.71%, mainly due to increased cash payments for goods and services.

Investment income decreased by 66.34% to CNY 58,689,902.08, largely due to lower returns on wealth management products in the coal mining machinery sector and reduced realized gains from foreign exchange and commodity derivatives in the automotive parts sector. Conversely, changes in fair value income saw a substantial increase of 418.66% to CNY 35,628,658.43, driven by the recovery of trust wealth management products and unrealized gains from foreign exchange and commodity derivatives.
