Yonyou Network controlling shareholder adjusts share pledge

On October 24, 2025, Beijing Yonyou Technology pledged 30.62m unrestricted shares of Yonyou Network to Chongqing International Trust Co., Ltd. This pledge was completed on October 27, 2025. Following this transaction, Beijing Yonyou Technology's cumulative pledged shares in Yonyou Network total 445.22m, representing 48.33% of its total holdings and 13.03% of the company's total share capital. The funds from this pledge are designated for debt repayment.

Concurrently, on August 27, 2025, Beijing Yonyou Technology released a pledge of 41.90m unrestricted shares that were previously pledged to Haihongda (Beijing) Catering Management Co., Ltd. This release was confirmed on October 27, 2025.

As of October 28, 2025, Beijing Yonyou Technology and its concert parties collectively hold 1.42bn shares, accounting for 41.59% of Yonyou Network's total share capital. Their cumulative pledged shares now stand at 521.72m, which is 36.71% of their total holdings and 15.27% of Yonyou Network's total share capital. Beijing Yonyou Technology maintains good credit and sufficient repayment capabilities, with future repayment sources including operating income, operating profit, and investment income.
