Tianfeng Securities finalizes capital reduction, updates business license

Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and the re-issuance of its business license. This follows resolutions passed at the Fourth Board of Directors' Fifty-Third Meeting on August 15, 2025, and the Fourth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 3, 2025. The resolutions involved changing the purpose of share repurchases, cancelling repurchased shares, and amending the Company's Articles of Association.

Specifically, the Company cancelled 67,786,990 shares from its repurchase-dedicated account. This action reduced the Company's total share capital from 10,141,772,224 shares to 10,073,985,234 shares. Consequently, the Company's registered capital decreased from yuan 10,141,772,224 to yuan 10,073,985,234. The share cancellation process was completed on October 21, 2025.

The Company recently obtained its updated business license from the Wuhan Administration for Market Regulation, reflecting these changes. All other information in the Company's registration remains unchanged.
