Shanxi Coking board approves Q3 report, governance updates

Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. announced its board of directors unanimously approved several key resolutions at its 26th meeting on October 24, 2025. Among these was the 2025 third-quarter report, which had previously been reviewed and approved by the company's audit committee. This report is scheduled for disclosure on October 28, 2025, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website, China Securities Journal, and Shanghai Securities News.

In addition to the financial report, the board approved revisions to several internal governance documents to align with updated regulations. These include the "Working Rules of the Board of Directors Audit Committee," "Working Rules of the Board of Directors Strategy Committee," "Working Rules of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee," and "Working Rules of the Board of Directors Remuneration and Assessment Committee." Furthermore, the company's "Information Disclosure Management System" was revised and renamed "Information Disclosure Affairs Management System," and a new "Sustainable Development (ESG) Management System" was established.

Following these resolutions, Shanxi Coking also announced a 2025 third-quarter performance briefing for investors. This online interactive session will take place on November 7, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:00, via the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center. Investors are invited to submit questions in advance between October 31 and November 6, 2025, with company representatives including chairman Li Feng, cfo Wang Xiaojun, and board secretary Huo Zhijun available to address concerns.
