Nanshan Aluminium’s concert party pledges shares for operational funding

Shandong Nanshan Aluminium Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Nanshan Group, and its concert party, Shandong Yili Electric Power Co., Ltd., have updated their share pledge status. Yili Electric Power recently pledged 240,000,000 shares of the company to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd., effective from October 28, 2025, to October 28, 2026. This pledge represents 9.30% of Yili Electric Power's holdings and 2.07% of the company's total share capital, intended for general operational funding.

Following this transaction, Nanshan Group's cumulative pledged shares amount to 420,690,357, representing 17.50% of its total holdings and 3.62% of the company's total share capital. Yili Electric Power's cumulative pledged shares now total 1,125,970,000, accounting for 43.62% of its holdings and 9.70% of the company's total share capital.

The company confirms that both Nanshan Group and Yili Electric Power maintain good credit standing and sufficient repayment capacity, indicating no immediate risk of forced liquidation of the pledged shares. The pledges do not alter the company's actual control. Investors are advised to be aware of investment risks as the company continues to monitor the pledge situation.
