Changjiang Publishing & Media appoints Tianjian as new auditor, cutting costs

Changjiang Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. announced the change of its accounting firm from Shinewing to Tianjian Certified Public Accountants for the 2025 financial and internal control audits. This decision follows the expiration of Shinewing’s term and a public bidding process. Tianjian’s proposed audit fee for 2025 is CNY 1.72 million (including tax), a decrease of 18.87% from the previous period's fee of CNY 2.12 million, with financial audit fees at CNY 1.39 million and internal control audit fees at CNY 0.33 million.

The board of directors approved this change in its seventh board meeting on October 28, 2025. This change will be submitted for approval at the company's third extraordinary general meeting in 2025, scheduled for November 20, 2025.

Tianjian Certified Public Accountants, established on July 18, 2011, has 241 partners and 2,356 certified public accountants. The firm reported total operating revenue of CNY 2.969 billion in 2024, with audit services revenue of CNY 2.563 billion. Tianjian audited 756 listed companies in 2024. The former and current accounting firms have communicated, and Shinewing has no objections to the change.
