Baogang Steel reports strong Q3 2025 operating performance with robust production, sales

Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. announced its unaudited key operating data for the first three quarters of 2025, reporting substantial production and sales volumes for its steel products. Tube materials saw 1,282,468 tons produced and 1,276,845 tons sold at an average price of CNY 3,938 per ton. Plate materials had a production of 7,158,815 tons and sales of 7,182,478 tons, with an average price of CNY 3,349 per ton. Section materials recorded 1,238,257 tons produced and 1,205,649 tons sold at CNY 3,549 per ton, while wire rod and bar materials reached 1,071,592 tons in production and 1,054,778 tons in sales, averaging CNY 2,929 per ton.

Beyond steel, the company also disclosed figures for rare earth concentrate and fluorspar operations. For rare earth concentrate (dry weight, REO=50%), production was 314,355 tons and sales were 302,442 tons, with an average price of CNY 18,843 per ton. Fluorspar production totaled 617,012 tons, with sales of 631,199 tons at an average price of CNY 1,493 per ton.

The company emphasized that these operating data are unaudited and advises investors to exercise caution regarding investment risks. This announcement was made by the board of directors on October 27, 2025.
