Shanghai International Airport director and general manager resigns

Shanghai International Airport Co., Ltd. announced on October 25, 2025, that its director and general manager, Mr. Huang Zhengling, submitted his resignation on October 24, 2025. The resignation, effective upon submission to the board, is due to personal reasons. Mr. Huang will not continue to serve in the company or its controlled subsidiaries following his departure, and he has confirmed no unfulfilled public commitments.

Mr. Huang's departure does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum, ensuring continuity in governance. In the interim, the company has appointed deputy general manager Mr. Li Zhengjia to temporarily assume the responsibilities of the general manager.
