Huaan Securities to halt convertible bond conversions for dividend payout

Huaan Securities announced the temporary suspension of conversions for its Huaan convertible bonds from October 30, 2025, until the equity distribution record date. This halt is in preparation for the company's 2025 half-year profit distribution, which shareholders approved on September 15, 2025.

Under the distribution plan, Huaan Securities will issue a cash dividend of CNY 0.4 per 10 shares (including tax) to all registered shareholders on the equity distribution record date. To be eligible for this dividend, holders of Huaan convertible bonds must complete their conversions by October 29, 2025. The company will resume convertible bond conversions on the first trading day following the equity distribution record date.

The company will also adjust the current conversion price of its convertible bonds in accordance with the issuance terms and relevant regulations, following the implementation of this equity distribution. Further details on the distribution implementation and conversion price adjustment will be disclosed on October 31, 2025.
