China Galaxy Securities redeems 4 bn yuan short-term financing bonds

China Galaxy Securities Company Limited announced the completion of the redemption of its 2025 fifteenth tranche of short-term financing bonds. These bonds were successfully issued on July 16, 2025, with an issuance amount of 4 bn yuan. The bonds had a coupon rate of 1.59% and a term of 99 days.

The redemption date for this tranche of short-term financing bonds was October 23, 2025. On this date, the company fully repaid the principal and interest, totaling 4,017,250,410.96 yuan.
