Baiyun Airport schedules 2025 extraordinary shareholder meeting

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co. Ltd. will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on November 12, 2025, at 14:30. The meeting will take place at Section 3, Comprehensive Services Building, South Heng Fourth Road, Airport, Southeast Work Area, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Shareholders can participate via both on-site attendance and the Shanghai Stock Exchange online voting system, with online voting open from 9:15 to 15:00 on the same day.

The agenda includes several key proposals, such as appointing the financial audit and internal control audit institutions for 2025, and revisions to the company's articles of association, shareholder meeting rules, board of directors meeting rules, independent director work system, and fundraising management measures. These proposals were previously approved by the company’s seventh board of directors and supervisors and disclosed on October 17, 2025.

Shareholders registered by the close of trading on November 4, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. Registration for the meeting will be open on November 6, 2025, from 9:30-11:30 and 13:30-16:00, with options for on-site, fax, or email registration. Attendees are advised to bring valid identification and shareholding proofs.
