Anhui Kouzi Distillery completes capital reduction, updates business license

Anhui Kouzi Distillery has announced the successful completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and the re-issuance of its business license by the Huaibei Market Supervision Administration. This follows resolutions passed at its Fifth Board of Directors' Eleventh Meeting on August 19, 2025, and the 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 5, 2025. These meetings approved the cancellation of the Supervisory Board and a reduction in registered capital.

The company's registered capital has decreased from RMB600,000,000 to RMB598,119,472, with the total share count also adjusting from 600,000,000 shares to 598,119,472 shares. This change was primarily due to the repurchase and cancellation of restricted shares, with the relevant cancellation procedures completed on July 23, 2025, at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch.

Anhui Kouzi Distillery maintains its registered address at No. 9 Xiangshan South Road, Huaibei City, Anhui Province. The legal representative remains Xu Jin, and its business scope covers the production, manufacturing, and sale of liquor and glass products.
