Luenmei Quantum's controlling shareholder reduces pledged shares

Luenmei Quantum Company Limited announced that its controlling shareholder, Luenmei New Energy Co., Ltd., has released 21,386,771 shares from pledge with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shenyang Hunnan Branch. This transaction, completed on October 21, 2025, represents 1.78% of Luenmei New Energy's holdings and 0.95% of Luenmei Quantum’s total share capital.

Following this release, Luenmei New Energy's pledged shares now total 499,780,000, representing 41.69% of its total holdings and 22.09% of Luenmei Quantum's total share capital. Luenmei New Energy, which holds 1,198,817,284 shares, remains the largest shareholder with a 52.98% stake in Luenmei Quantum.

Collectively, Luenmei New Energy and its concerted party, Luenmei Group Co., Ltd., hold 1,588,777,742 shares, or 70.21% of Luenmei Quantum’s total issued share capital. After this transaction, their combined pledged shares stand at 650,980,000, which accounts for 40.97% of their total holdings and 28.77% of Luenmei Quantum's total share capital.
