Keda Clean Energy's largest shareholder adjusts share pledges

Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd. recently announced that its largest shareholder, Liang Tongcan, has completed a series of share pledge adjustments. As of October 21, 2025, Mr. Liang holds 374,456,779 shares, representing 19.52% of the company's total share capital. Following these transactions, 223,050,000 of his shares are currently pledged, accounting for 59.57% of his holdings and 11.63% of the company's total share capital.

The recent activities involved the unpledging of 23,860,000 shares. These previously included 5,860,000 unrestricted shares pledged on July 12, 2023, and 18,000,000 unrestricted shares pledged on April 14, 2025. Concurrently, new pledges were registered, including 5,860,000 shares for additional working capital for Guangdong Hongtao Ceramics Co., Ltd. and 18,000,000 shares for production and operating capital for Guangdong Hongyu Group Co., Ltd. An additional 5,440,000 shares were pledged for Guangdong Hongtao Ceramics Co., Ltd.

Liang Tongcan and his concerted party, Guangdong Hongyu Group Co., Ltd., collectively hold 438,797,931 shares, or 22.88% of the total share capital. Their cumulative pledged shares now stand at 287,391,152, representing 65.50% of their total holdings and 14.99% of Keda Clean Energy's total share capital. The company states these pledges do not affect core business operations, financing, or the company's continuous operational capacity.
