Jiangsu Cable's controlling shareholder rebrands to Cultural Technology Group

Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Guojin Group Information Network Investment Co., Ltd., has officially changed its name to Jiangsu Cultural Technology Holding Group Co., Ltd. This renaming, driven by Jiangsu Provincial Government requirements, aims to strengthen the new broadcast network and accelerate the integration of culture and technology.

The newly rebranded Jiangsu Cultural Technology Holding Group will continue to be managed by the Publicity Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee for industry oversight and business guidance. The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance will maintain its role as capital contributor, with both departments jointly fulfilling state-owned asset supervision responsibilities. The group is poised to become a leading modern cultural and technological enterprise.

The company stated that this change in the controlling shareholder's name does not involve any alteration in the controlling shareholder's equity, nor has there been any change in the actual control of the company. Consequently, the renaming is not expected to impact the company's corporate governance or its ongoing production and operational activities. The announcement was made by the board of directors on October 22, 2025.
