Dashenlin convertible bonds: conversion to halt for dividend distribution

Dashenlin Pharmaceutical Group announced a temporary suspension of conversion for its "Dasan Convertible Bonds" from October 29, 2025, until the equity distribution record date. This pause facilitates the company's 2025 semi-annual profit distribution, approved at a shareholders' meeting on September 15, 2025.

The distribution will see the company pay a cash dividend of 0.34 yuan (pre-tax) per share to all shareholders based on the total share capital, excluding repurchased shares. Following the distribution, the conversion price for "Dasan Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted according to the terms of the bond issuance.

Convertible bondholders wishing to participate in the equity distribution must complete their conversions by October 28, 2025. Conversion will resume on the first trading day after the equity distribution record date. Further details, including the adjusted conversion price, will be published on October 30, 2025.
