China Avionics Systems director resigns due to work adjustments

China Avionics Systems Co., Ltd. announced today that Mr. Xu Bin, a director, submitted his resignation on October 22, 2025. Mr. Xu’s departure is attributed to work adjustments, leading him to resign from both his director position and his role on the board's audit committee. Following his resignation, Mr. Xu will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries. His resignation became effective immediately upon submission to the board.

Mr. Xu Bin's original term as director and audit committee member was scheduled to conclude on December 25, 2026. The announcement confirms that there are no unfulfilled public commitments by Mr. Xu.

The company stated that Mr. Xu's departure will not result in the board falling below the statutory minimum number of directors, nor will it impact the minimum number of audit committee members or the requirement for accounting professionals. The board's normal operations and the company's daily production and operations are not expected to be affected. China Avionics Systems acknowledges Mr. Xu's diligent and dedicated service during his tenure and will initiate procedures to elect new directors and audit committee members as required by law.
