Shanghai Wanye Enterprises renames, shifts focus to electrical technology

Shanghai Wanye Enterprises Co., Ltd. has officially changed its name to Shanghai Pioneer G Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. This change, along with modifications to its business scope and the appointment of a new legal representative, was approved at a board meeting on September 29, 2025, and a shareholders' meeting on October 15, 2025. The company obtained a new business license from the Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation on October 22, 2025.

The company’s registered address is now China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Zhangyang Road No. 707, Second Floor, West District, Room 220. These changes signify a strategic reorientation for the company, expanding its presence in the electrical technology and related industries.
