China Galaxy Securities to redeem bonds, issues new short-term financing

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. has issued a third indicative announcement regarding its decision to exercise the issuer's redemption option for its "20 Galaxy Y1" perpetual subordinated bonds. The company will redeem the bonds at face value plus accrued interest on November 24, 2025. This redemption decision was initially disclosed on October 14, 2025.

In a related development, China Galaxy Securities has successfully completed the issuance of its 25th Tranche of Short-Term Financing Bonds for 2025. This issuance, identified as "25 Galaxy Securities CP025," closed on October 21, 2025, with a total actual issuance amount of CNY 4 billion and a coupon rate of 1.72%.

The bonds were issued at CNY 100 per CNY 100 face value on October 20, 2025, with an interest accrual date of October 21, 2025. They are scheduled to mature on May 15, 2026, over a term of 206 days.
