Sany Heavy Industry to launch H-shares on Hong Kong exchange

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600031) announced details regarding its H-share public offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company filed its H-share prospectus on October 20, 2025, following the China Securities Regulatory Commission's approval on September 30, 2025.

The initial global offering for H-shares comprises 580,424,600 shares, with approximately 10.0% (58,042,600 shares) allocated for the Hong Kong public offering and 90.0% (522,382,000 shares) for international placement. The total number of H-shares offered could reach up to 767,611,400 shares if over-allotment options are fully exercised.

The preliminary H-share price range is set between HK$20.30 and HK$21.30. The public offering in Hong Kong is scheduled to run from October 20 to October 23, 2025, with the final offer price expected to be announced on October 27, 2025. Trading of the H-shares is anticipated to commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 28, 2025.
