CITIC Bank sets preferred share dividend, Q3 2025 results meeting

China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited will distribute a cash dividend of 4.08 yuan per preferred share for the period October 26, 2024, to October 25, 2025. The total payout will be 1.428 bn yuan, based on 350 million preferred shares.

The last trading day for these shares is October 23, 2025, with the equity registration and ex-dividend dates both on October 24, 2025. Dividends are scheduled for distribution on October 27, 2025.

The board of directors approved this dividend plan on August 27, 2025. Resident enterprise shareholders are responsible for self-declaring and paying corporate income tax on the dividend.

Separately, the bank's board will convene on October 30, 2025, to review and approve the quarterly results for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, for the bank and its subsidiaries.
