Chongqing Qianli Technology launches 2025 employee stock ownership plan

Chongqing Qianli Technology Co., Ltd. announced its "2025 Employee Stock Ownership Plan," approved during its sixth extraordinary shareholders' meeting on October 15, 2025. The plan seeks to align shareholder, company, and core team interests, covering board members (excluding independent directors), senior management, middle management, and key personnel. The plan is designed to be self-managed by the company and adheres to principles of voluntary participation and risk assumption by employees.

The stock ownership plan will be funded by company incentive funds, legal employee compensation, self-raised capital, and other legally permitted sources, with a total capital raise not exceeding CNY 250 million. Shares will be acquired through secondary market bidding within six months of shareholder approval. Based on the closing price of CNY 12.42 per share on September 29, 2025, approximately 20.128824 million shares are involved, representing 0.4452% of the company's total share capital. The plan's duration is 30 months, with a two-phase unlocking schedule: 50% after 12 months and 50% after 24 months, starting from the last share purchase.

Performance targets for unlocking include a net profit of at least CNY 60 million in 2025 and CNY 100 million in 2026, alongside revenue growth rates of at least 30% in 2025 and 40% in 2026, relative to 2024. Shares not unlocked due to unfulfilled performance criteria or individual assessments will be repurchased by the company at the original investment amount plus bank deposit interest.
