Zheshang Securities announced the nomination of Qian Wenhai as the new chairman, following the retirement of Wu Chenggen. The company will proceed with the election process in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Until then, Wu Chenggen will continue to fulfill his duties as chairman.

The company will host a 2025 semi-annual performance briefing on October 23, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 at the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center. Investors can submit questions in advance from October 16 to October 22, 2025.

In a related development, Zheshang Securities completed the repayment of its sixth tranche of 2025 short-term financing bonds. The company repaid RMB 2,008,625,205.48 on October 14, 2025, for the bonds issued on July 7, 2025, with a principal amount of RMB 2 billion and an interest rate of 1.59%.
