Oriental Pearl New Media Co., Ltd. announced that the Zhengzhou Airport Advanced Computing Phase I Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) has successfully completed its registration and fundraising. The fund, with a total capital of RMB 51,056 yuan, aims to invest in Supercomputing Digital Technology Co., Ltd. through equity investments. Oriental Pearl New Media Co., Ltd. contributed RMB 25,500 yuan, representing 49.95% of the total capital.

The fund was established on September 9, 2025, and registered with the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone market supervision and business environment bureau. The fund's primary activity is venture capital, specifically investing in unlisted enterprises.

By October 14, 2025, the fund had completed all capital contributions. The fund is managed by Zhengzhou Airport Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and held by China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.
