Oppein home group guarantees Jiangsu Oppein's bank credit facility

Oppein Home Group Co., Ltd. announced it has provided a joint and several liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Oppein Overall Custom Home Co., Ltd., for a credit facility with China Merchants Bank Wuxi Branch. The maximum guaranteed amount is 100 million yuan. This guarantee, issued on October 15, 2025, ensures Jiangsu Oppein's performance under its credit agreement. No counter-guarantee was provided.

The guarantee falls within the 20 billion yuan aggregate external guarantee limit approved by the company's first extraordinary general meeting on March 12, 2025. As of October 15, 2025, the total external guarantee amount by the company and its controlled subsidiaries stands at 3.05771 billion yuan, representing 16.05% of the company's latest audited net assets. There are no overdue external guarantees.

Jiangsu Oppein, established on July 14, 2022, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Wuxi Oppein Integrated Home Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oppein Home Group. Its primary business includes the sale of furniture, home products, and related accessories. As of June 30, 2025, Jiangsu Oppein reported total assets of 476.743 million yuan, liabilities of 411.2414 million yuan, and net assets of 65.5016 million yuan, with a net profit of 10.8698 million yuan for the first half of 2025.
