King Long Motor supervisor resigns, affecting board composition

Xiamen King Long Motor Group announced that its supervisory board received a resignation letter from supervisor Huang Xuemin. Mr. Huang, a supervisor for the eleventh session of the board, submitted his resignation on October 13, 2025. His original term was set to expire on September 1, 2026. The reason cited for his departure is personal. He will not continue to hold any positions in the listed company or its controlled subsidiaries.

The company stated that Mr. Huang’s resignation will cause the number of supervisors on the board to fall below the requirements stipulated in the company's articles of association. Consequently, Mr. Huang will continue to perform his supervisory duties until the vacancy is addressed, in accordance with the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association" and other relevant laws and regulations.
