Chalco board to meet for Q3 unaudited results review

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) announced its board of directors will convene a meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting includes the review and approval of the unaudited quarterly results for the three-month period ending September 30, 2025, for the company and its subsidiaries.

The announcement was made on October 15, 2025, from Beijing, China, by order of the board by company secretary Ge Xiaolei.

As of the announcement date, Chalco’s board of directors comprises executive directors Mr. He Wenjian, Mr. Mao Shiqing, and Mr. Jiang Tao. Non-executive directors include Mr. Li Xiehua and Mr. Jiang Hao. Independent non-executive directors are Mr. Yu Jinsong, Ms. Chen Yuanxiu, and Mr. Li Xiaobin.
