CECEP Wind Power reports mixed Q3 generation as offshore bounces back

CECEP Wind Power Corporation announced its electricity generation performance for the third quarter of 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the company's cumulative electricity generation reached 934,855 million kilowatt-hours, representing a 1.72% increase compared to the same period last year.

For January to September 2025, onshore wind power generated 879,084 million kilowatt-hours, up 1.91% year-on-year from 862,629 million kilowatt-hours in 2024. However, offshore wind power saw a slight decrease, generating 55,771 million kilowatt-hours, down 1.13% from 56,409 million kilowatt-hours in the same period last year.

For the third quarter alone (July-September 2025), total electricity generation was 258,614 million kilowatt-hours, a 7.81% decrease from 280,511 million kilowatt-hours in Q3 2024. Onshore wind generation in Q3 2025 was 240,238 million kilowatt-hours, down 9.70% year-on-year, while offshore wind generation increased significantly by 27.03% to 18,376 million kilowatt-hours from 14,466 million kilowatt-hours in Q3 2024.
