Shaanxi Construction Engineering wins major contracts, updates operations

In September 2025, Shaanxi Construction Engineering's subsidiaries secured two major construction projects, each exceeding CNY 500 million. These include the EPC general contracting for the Guangxi Quanzhou Fenghuangling 150MW Wind Power Project, valued at CNY 6.49 billion, and the EPC project for the second phase of the Yining Industrial Park New Material Industrial Park in Horgos Economic Development Zone, valued at CNY 5.13 billion.

From January to September 2025, Shaanxi Construction Engineering and its subsidiaries achieved a total of 2,020 new contracts, accumulating a value of CNY 187.979 billion. The company also reported providing guarantees totaling CNY 1.448 billion for 11 subsidiaries in September 2025, bringing the cumulative external guarantee balance to CNY 336.75 billion as of September 30, 2025. This represents 108.52% of the company's net assets attributable to shareholders in the latest audited period.
