Shanghai Wanye shareholder unpledges a portion of its holdings

Shanghai Wanye Enterprises Co., Ltd. announced that its second-largest shareholder, Sanlin Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., has released a portion of its pledged shares. As of October 10, 2025, Sanlin Wanye holds 66,615,821 shares, representing 7.16% of Shanghai Wanye’s total share capital.

The announcement details that 3.2 million shares, accounting for 4.80% of Sanlin Wanye's total holdings and 0.34% of Shanghai Wanye's total share capital, were unpledged on October 10, 2025. Following this transaction, Sanlin Wanye's remaining pledged shares stand at 63.36 million shares.

This adjustment means that 95.11% of Sanlin Wanye's holdings, or 6.81% of Shanghai Wanye's total share capital, remain pledged. The company received notification of this release of pledge registration procedure recently.
