Shanghai Chinafortune announces 2025 interim cash dividend distribution

Shanghai Chinafortune Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.039 per share (including tax) based on a total share capital of 1,060,899,292 shares, amounting to a total cash dividend of CNY 41,375,072.39. The equity registration date for A-shares is set for October 20, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both on October 21, 2025.

The distribution plan was approved at the company's 2024 annual general meeting on June 9, 2025, and further formalized by the eleventh board of directors at its twentieth meeting on August 28, 2025. This follows an earlier resolution at the AGME to arrange a 2025 interim dividend.

For individual investors and investment funds, the withholding tax on dividends will vary based on the holding period of the shares, ranging from 0% for holdings over one year to 20% for holdings under one month. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net cash dividend of CNY 0.0351 per share. Investors through Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will also face a 10% withholding tax, receiving a net CNY 0.0351 per share.
