Lao Feng Xiang establishes new luxury sales subsidiary in Shanghai

Lao Feng Xiang Co., Ltd. has completed the registration of its new controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Lao Feng Xiang Zhenpin Commercial Co., Ltd. This follows approval at the company's eleventh board of directors' nineteenth (extraordinary) meeting on September 15, 2025.

The new company, based in Shanghai's Huangpu District, has a registered capital of RMB 5,000 million. Its business scope includes sales of arts and crafts, ceremonial articles, jewelry, gold and silver products, packaging materials, and eyewear, excluding ivory. Li Jun is the legal representative, and the company was established on October 11, 2025.

Shanghai Lao Feng Xiang Zhenpin Commercial Co., Ltd. will engage in both wholesale and retail of luxury goods, including jewelry and collectible items. The establishment of this subsidiary aligns with Lao Feng Xiang's strategy to expand its presence in the luxury sales market.
