Jiangxi Copper to hold shareholder meetings in October 2025

Jiangxi Copper Company will hold its 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, 2025 First A Shareholder Class Meeting, and 2025 First H Shareholder Class Meeting on October 28, 2025. The meetings will commence at 2:30 PM at the Jiangtong International Plaza Conference Room in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Shareholders registered by October 20, 2025, are eligible to attend.

Shareholders will consider a comprehensive agenda, including nine non-cumulative proposals for the extraordinary general meeting. Key proposals involve revisions to the company's Articles of Association, the abolishment of the Supervisory Committee, and amendments to rules governing shareholder and board meetings. Additionally, a proposal for the 2025 interim profit distribution plan will be put to a vote.

Voting will be conducted through a combination of on-site attendance and online platforms provided by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accessible from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the meeting day. The A-share class meeting will specifically address revisions to the company's Articles of Association. All nine proposals for the extraordinary general meeting will also be subject to separate counting for small and medium investors.
