ENN Ecological shareholders adjust equity pledges in strategic moves

ENN Group International Investment Limited, a controlling shareholder of ENN Ecological Holdings, released 13,000,000 shares from pledge, representing 0.95% of its total holdings and 0.42% of the company's total share capital. This release, effective October 9, 2025, brings ENN International's pledged shares to zero.

Concurrently, NewAo Holdings Investment Co., Ltd. (NewAo Holdings) released 33,000,000 pledged shares, equivalent to 8.81% of its stake and 1.07% of the total share capital. However, NewAo Technology Development Co., Ltd. (NewAo Technology) has pledged 47,560,000 shares, representing 15.40% of its holdings and 1.54% of the total share capital, with the pledge maturing on August 16, 2028. This new pledge by NewAo Technology is for production and operation purposes and relates to a 2022 asset restructuring involving performance compensation obligations.

As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties collectively hold 2,243,449,808 shares, representing 72.44% of the total share capital. Their cumulative pledged shares amount to 369,900,000, which is 16.49% of their total holdings and 11.94% of the company's total share capital.
