CSSC Science & Technology director resigns due to work adjustments

Mr. Ji Xiang'an has resigned from his positions as a director and a member of the audit committee of CSSC Science & Technology Co., Ltd., effective October 13, 2025. The resignation, submitted via a written report to the company's board, is attributed to work adjustments. Mr. Ji will no longer hold any positions within the company following his resignation.

His original term was set to expire on June 24, 2027. The company confirmed that Mr. Ji will not continue to serve in the listed company or its controlling subsidiaries. There were no outstanding public commitments to be fulfilled by Mr. Ji at the time of his departure.

The company stated that Mr. Ji's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum, nor will it impact the board's normal operations or the company's business management. CSSC Science & Technology expressed gratitude for Mr. Ji's diligence and contributions to the company's standardized operations, scientific decision-making, and healthy development during his tenure.
