Yutong Bus reports strong production and sales growth in September

Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. (SSE:600066) reported a robust performance in its September 2025 production and sales flash report. Total production volume reached 4,447 units, a 14.67% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth was largely driven by a substantial 29.56% rise in large bus production, totaling 2,520 units. Light bus production also surged by 57.44% to 762 units, while medium bus production saw a decrease of 19.60% to 1,165 units.

On the sales front, the company sold 4,756 units in September 2025, an impressive 25.55% increase year-over-year. Large bus sales grew by 47.19% to 2,754 units, and light bus sales saw a remarkable 90.39% jump to 832 units. Medium bus sales, however, declined by 20.95% to 1,170 units.

For the year-to-date, Yutong Bus produced 33,874 units and sold 33,556 units, representing increases of 6.10% and 7.05% respectively compared to the previous year. The company noted that these figures are preliminary flash report data, with final numbers to be provided in official periodic reports.
