Yili subsidiary's Q3 2025 guarantees reach 336.59 bn yuan

As of September 30, 2025, Inner Mongolia Huishang Financing Guarantee Company Limited’s cumulative external guarantee total for the year reached 336,589.46 million yuan. This includes 12,157.00 million yuan for upstream suppliers and 324,432.46 million yuan for downstream distributors. The outstanding guarantee liability stood at 159,795.83 million yuan, with 18,215.08 million yuan for upstream suppliers and 141,580.75 million yuan for downstream distributors.

The guarantee company provided external guarantees to 1,935 clients in total during the period, comprising 24 upstream suppliers and 1,911 downstream distributors. All listed top five guaranteed entities, including downstream distributors and upstream suppliers, utilize these guarantees for working capital loans, facilitating the purchase of company products or green feed, and are reported as having good credit standing with counter-guarantees in place.

The largest individual guarantee liability was 4,745.27 million yuan for a downstream distributor over seven months, while the highest for an upstream supplier was 3,478.87 million yuan over 12 months.
