Seres Group H-share listing nears Hong Kong approval

Seres Group Co., Ltd. announced that The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) Listing Committee held a listing hearing on October 9, 2025, to review the company's application for H-share issuance and listing.
