Longi Green Energy sees minimal conversion of its convertible bonds

As of September 30, 2025, Longi Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd. reported that RMB 4.653m of its "Longi 22 Convertible Bonds" had been converted into 86,588 shares. This represents a mere 0.001% of the company's total shares issued prior to the conversion. During the third quarter of 2025 alone, RMB 178,000 of the convertible bonds were converted, resulting in 9,938 new shares.

The vast majority of the convertible bonds, amounting to RMB 6.99bn, or 99.93% of the total issuance, remain unconverted. The convertible bonds, originally issued on January 5, 2022, with a total value of RMB 7bn, became convertible into company shares starting July 11, 2022, with an initial conversion price of RMB 82.65 per share.

Following several adjustments, the latest conversion price stands at RMB 17.50 per share, effective March 11, 2025. The total share capital of Longi Green Energy increased from 7,578,050,192 shares on June 30, 2025, to 7,578,060,130 shares on September 30, 2025, reflecting the 9,938 shares from the recent conversions.
