Jiangsu Xinquan shareholder tang zhihua reduces stake

Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim Co., Ltd. announced that its actual controller, Tang Zhihua, reduced his shareholding, triggering a 1% threshold change in equity. Between October 9 and October 10, 2025, Tang Zhihua divested 4,873,000 shares through block trading, representing 0.99% of the company's current total share capital.

Following this transaction, Tang Zhihua and his concert parties now collectively hold 185,341,752 shares, down from 190,214,752 shares. This adjustment decreased their combined shareholding from 38.68% to 37.70%. The company confirmed that this change aligns with previously disclosed reduction plans and does not involve a mandatory tender offer.

The company also stated that this equity change would not alter its controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor would it impact the company’s governance structure or ongoing operations. Tang Zhihua remains within his share reduction plan period, and Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim will continue to monitor and disclose further shareholding changes.
