Of these, 325 cases have been resolved, totaling CNY 0.67 billion, while 2,777 cases remain pending, accounting for CNY 111.20 billion. The company is primarily a defendant in 2,957 cases, valued at CNY 90.33 billion, largely stemming from construction, procurement, and real estate disputes.
