China Resources Microelectronics announces RMB 0.026 semi-annual cash dividend

China Resources Microelectronics Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, following approval at its third ad-hoc shareholders' meeting on September 19, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.026 per share (including tax) to eligible shareholders, totaling RMB 34,515,764.35 based on a total share capital of 1,327,529,398 shares.

The crucial dates for this distribution are October 16, 2025, for the equity registration, and October 17, 2025, for both the ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payout. Shareholders registered by the close of business on the equity registration date at the Shanghai Stock Exchange will be entitled to the dividend.
