Tongkun Group redeems first tranche of 2025 super short-term commercial papers

Tongkun Group Co., Ltd. announced the full redemption of its 2025 first tranche of super short-term commercial papers, "25 Tongkun SCP001 (Kechuang Piaoju)". The bonds, with a total issuance amount of 500m yuan and a 270-day term at an interest rate of 1.95%, were issued on January 2, 2025, in the national interbank market. The raised funds were fully received by the company on January 3, 2025.

The aforementioned super short-term commercial papers matured on September 30, 2025. On the same date, Tongkun Group completed the principal and interest repayment for this tranche. The total amount redeemed, including principal and interest, was 507,212,328.77 yuan.
